Urbana Skate Plaza?

Do you know where Urbana is? It's about 40 minutes Northwest of Columbus, Basically above Springfield.... Apparently the City is almost done with a new Skate Plaza type park. I've heard it should be done and skateable sometime in the next 2 weeks. There is a contest there on GSD (June 21st. For more info; contact Kevin @ Lost Nation Boardsports (440) 228-1655.

ASA @ Kings Island

Kings Island in Cincinnati was the host to a pro vert contest this past weekend, part of the ASA contest series...I got free tickets to the park so we went down there on Saturday... we mostly just road rollercoasters but managed to watch about 20 minutes of the practice sessions.. I don't know what the the hell the ASA is, and don't really care. PLG, Danny Mayer, Rob Lorifice, and I think Neal Hendrix and Chris Gentry were there...

Grove City Memorial Day

Gus Durbin (ex- The Grind Skateshop) sent me an edit from this past weekend, showing that even though the shop is gone the kids are still shredding. Apparently the lurker girls like to shake their butt's... check out the nose manual at the end..
