Taylor at Canal

Chad Butler made a another Canal Winchester edit, this time of Taylor Nawrocki.

Speaking of Taylor, he just got back from Italy a few days ago. He filmed a video part and it's premiering at "Skate Night" @ Double Happiness later tonight... 482 South Front St.

SKATE NIGHT @ Double Happiness

Yalan and Hanway Weasner's new bar "Double Happiness" is hosting an event this Wednesday night. It's basically going to be skate video's, music and dancing..
Cornelius Jackson (CJ Townsend), Tucker Lappi and Scott Niemet will be providing the music. Everyone should come and hang out. Both Hanway & Yalan have both been longtime supporters of skateboarding, I'm stoked that are providing an awesome skateboarder friendly hangout. It's gonna be an great night.

Skate Naked re-birth

Construction on the new Skate Naked park is well underway. The original park shut down in July so they could move to this new spot.. I went by there last night to check it out and it's impressive to say the least. Here are some pictures of their progress so far.
Note that these photo's are of ONE room. There are three more rooms that are going to be done as well; a bowl room, mini ramp room and a larger street room. The plan is to finish the first room, then they'll open for business. Adam is shooting to have the park open within 60 days, maybe sooner.
I'm not going to post the address yet, but it's off of 5th Ave on the east side. It took me 7 minutes to get from downtown to the park. Not bad at all.

Sorry for the lack of updates this month. I'm in the middle of moving so I haven't skated all that much.
Anyway, Joe Charlton filmed some clips of Chad Butler this morning at the Canal Winchester park...
