I recently received a facebook friend request from a new Skateshop in Columbus called “Bakerized”. Everyone I know who rides a skateboard seems to have received the same request within a period of a couple days. On the same day I received the request I got a message from a couple shop guys mentioning the same thing, They both thought it was somewhat fishy…
I did a little digging, very little in fact.. but I did find some interesting info… It looks like these guys are a rollerblade shop that has decided to jump into the skate game. This fact is NOT
mentioned on their Facebook page. (link here: http://www.facebook.com/people/Bakerized-Skate-Shop/100000152773913#!/profile.php?id=100000613989060 )
They DO have another Facebook page that DOES… although none of the skateboarders have received a friend request from this one…
