June 21st was the 7th annual national Go Skateboarding Day. Columbus was full of events this year in honor of the Holiday. Most the shops and Skateparks around town participated in some way. There were contests at the Lancaster and Westerville parks over the weekend. On Monday the Flow skatepark offered a free session for the day and there was a contest, BBQ, and party at the Skate Naked skatepark. After the SN event, about 50 kids went street skating around downtown and OSU. I went to the Westerville Contest and to Skate Naked park.. Check out this edit of the weekend’s festivities…… Embassy, Old Skool, JP Skate, Resident, Habitat,Alien Workshop and Vitamin Water really helped make GSD great this year. I’ve got some photo’s that I’ll try to post up later..
